Deposits
A 20 percent deposit is required to guarantee a reservation for any
vacation home or suite. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Otherwise, we must receive your deposit in the form of personal
check, travelers check or money order via mail within seven days of your reservation. We will confirm your guaranteed reservation by email. The deposit applies to the last day of a reservation and will not be refunded for any reason to cover possible check out before expiration of reservation.
Cancellations
To receive a deposit refund, less a 25 percent service charge, we
require two weeks or more cancellation notice. In case of cancellation, deposit will be refunded only if unit is rented. During snowmobile season a deposit of $250 is required, refundable only if trails are closed.
Balance Due
Your balance due is required prior to or upon arrival. You may choose
to pre-register and remit your balance due at any time prior to
arrival.

Check-In time:

Check-Out time:
10 A.M. or earlier
During the summer Season there are no exceptions to this policy. During any other season, it may be possible to arrange in advance for an earlier check in (noon - 3 P.M.) or a later check out (9 A.M. to noon) without any additional charge. Arrival before noon or departure after noon may incur an additional charge.
Bed linens and towels are included.

All units are non-smoking.
Sorry, No Pets
We like them, but for sanitary reasons and regard for other guests, housing them is not practical.
Boat Slips Available
Bring your own boat and enjoy complimentary dock space on Lake Mincoqua.
